- Mike, In our letter dated 8/18/2015, we provided information regarding the number of leaks on the SW system for the past 10-years. For year 2015, the number we provided was current as of 6/30/2015.
Since that time, there has been an increase in the number of reported through-wall leakage flaws in ASME ISI Class 3 SW piping. The new number is 6 as of 9/17/2015.
This condition is being tracked in our condition reporting system under CR-IP2-2015-04239.
