MEMORANDUM TO: FILE FROM: D. McNeil, Senior Operations Engineer The proposed examination was provided to the NRC Region III with the letter requesting the NRC administer the re-take examination, so there is no separate letter transmitting the proposed examination to the NRC. There were no changes made to the proposed examination (15 JPMs), so no letter was provided to transmit the final, administered JPMs to the NRC.
Multiple forms normally associated with an Initial License Examination are not provided for this examination as this examination was a retake examination and only the JPM portion of the examination was re-administered. Only the forms supporting the re-take portion of the examination are provided.
