Dear Administrative Judges:
Enclosed please find the State of New Yorks motion for leave to submit three exhibits in this proceeding. Shortly after the State presented its supplemental filings on September 9, it determined that those filings should have included two NRC reports. Todays motion requests permission to submit as exhibits those reports as well as brief testimony by Dr. Lahey concerning those reports.
In addition to the motion, todays filing includes the three documents marked as exhibits NYS000574, NYS000575, and NYS000576.
