OBDI 202 - IOLE Process Rev 1 and times associated with the critical tasks? Example is that some critical tasks are associated with 1015.050 time critical actions but not all.
2 Scenario 1, Event 8 - Is this supposed to be the Red train? The turnover says it is a Red train maintenance week.
It is supposed to be a Red train component failure.
3 Scenario 2, Event 6 - Should be a component failure instead of reactivity.
NUREG 1021 allows for a one for one swap of reactivity with an instrument or component failure. Will need to adjust the 301-5 for the ROs and the 301-4.
This will be changed.

Scenario 2, CT 2,3 - Have two critical tasks that seem to contradict themselves. One says cannot go below a value (but may as a result of plant conditions) and the other says you have 10 minutes to take action if you go below the same value. Are these CT correct?
If so need to make sure they are clear on the criteria for passing the CT.
The critical tasks will be reworded.
