Dear Mr. Heflin:
This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Robert J. Pascarelli has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch IV-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for Wolf Creek Generating Station. Mr. Pascarelli assumes all supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Michael T. Markley as Chief, Plant Licensing Branch IV-1. Mr. Pascarelli may be reached at 301-415-6603 or via e-mail at Robert.
