This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Robert J. Pascarelli has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch. IV-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2.
