This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Robert J. Pascarelli has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch IV-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
Mr. Pascarelli assumes all supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Michael T. Markley as Chief, Plant Licensing Branch IV-1. Mr. Pascarelli may be reached at 301-415-6603 or via e-mail at Robert.Pascarelli@nrc.gov.
