As requested in the letter from your office dated May 18, 2015, enclosed is a copy of the Record of Decision regarding the recent issuance of renewed facility operating licenses for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (SQN). Also, enclosed is a copy of the related Federal Register notice of issuance of the renewed licenses.
