Change in Level 1 Personnel This purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that effective August 31, 2015, Dr. Ron Adams stepped down as the Interim Vice President for Research (VPR) at Oregon State University and Dr. Cynthia Sagers began serving as the VPR with all the authority and responsibility thereof. By this letter, the Commission is notified of this Level 1 staff transition, as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.b.1 of License No. R-106, Docket No.20-243, for the OSTR.
