Description of amendment request: The proposed license amendment would revise Technical Specification 3.8.1, "AC SourcesOperating," to delete Note i to Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.8.1.8 to remove the limitation that excludes Unit 2 from the verification test requirement.
Unit 2 did not have an alternate offsite feed for the emergency buses.
Why did it take them this long to meet this requirement?
