FitzPatrick (JAF) Core Operating Limits Report (COLR). This revision incorporates analyses that evaluated the impacts of the Cycle 22 elevated 38-39 Fuel Support Casting (FSC) into the 3DM core monitoring model due to changes in inlet orifice loss coefficients and increased bypass flow. This is submitted in accordance with JAF Technical Specifications (TS) 5.6.5. contains proprietary information. Global Nuclear Fuel (GNF), as the owner of the proprietary information, has executed the enclosed affidavit. It identifies which information should be handled as proprietary. Entergy hereby requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 1 O CFR 2.390 and 9.17. A non-proprietary version of the documentation is provided in Enclosure 2.
