File FROM:
John Stolz, Director PWR Project Directorate #6 Division of PWR Licensing-B
SUBJECT:
PROPOSED PROCEDURE FOR DISPOSAL OF RADIOACTIVELY CONTAMINATED WOOD AT f0 JEL E D MUE AND CATABA (TACs 55056, 55057, 55058, 5508W, and 55086)
The attached evaluation was not issued, nor was the licensing action completed by the NRC. The reason for this lies in the fact that reviews of such proposals are within the jurisdiction of.the Agreement States. It is, therefore, inappropriate for the NRC to issue this document to the licensee.
