On November 12, 2014, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as an agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submitted a License Amendment Request (LAR) to propose a change to relocate the Technical Support Center (TSC). The TSC would be moving from its current location adjacent to the Main Control Room (MCR) to the basement of the Nuclear Operations Building (NOB). As a result of issues associated with the as built TSC ventilation, SCE&G is withdrawing this proposed amendment.
