Dear Administrative Judges:
On June 9, 2015, intervenor State of New York filed a public, redacted version of Exh.
NYS000532 (the Supplemental Prefiled Testimony of Dr. David Duquette) in support of Joint Contention NYS-38/RK-TC-5. After filing, the State became aware of certain problems with the header and the footer of the filed exhibit. Namely, most pages are not numbered and several pages have headers incorrectly indicating that the document contains proprietary information.
Today, the State is filing a corrected public version of Exhibit NYS000532 that fixes the header and footer problems. The earlier public version of Exh. NYS000532 may be disregarded.
Please note that the substance of this filing is identical to the version filed on June 9, 2015.
Additionally, this filing does not impact the nonpublic, nonredacted version of Exh. NYS000532 that was also filed on June 9, 2015.
