DONALD C. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. MF6262)
Dear Mr. Weber:
By letter dated May 28, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15149A412), as supplemented by two letters dated May 30, 2015 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML15154B046 and ML15154B043), you applied for an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-58 for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, under emergency circumstances. The proposed change would have made one-time modifications to the facility technical specifications pertaining to the completion time for an inoperable emergency diesel generator and related surveillance requirements. Subsequently, by letter dated June 1, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15154B045), you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
