ZION NUCLEAR POWER STATION LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Dear Mr. Reilly:
I am responding to your e-mail of May 5, 2015, in which you indicated an interest in extending the public comment period for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review of the Zion Nuclear Power Station (Zion) License Termination Plan (LTP).
Based on the interest expressed by you and other parties in commenting on the Zion LTP, we are extending the formal comment period by 30 days until June 25, 2015. A notice will be published in the Federal Register indicating the new comment period. Additionally, as stated in the original Federal Register notice soliciting public comment, comments received after the end of the formal comment period will be considered if it is practical to do so.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
