This letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of change in personnel involving the Level I position of the Missouri University of Science & Technology Reactor's Technical Specifications. Dr. Ralph Flori, Jr. has replaced Dr. Samuel Frimpong as the Level I person, effective May 7, 2015.
