BISC Letter to SFWMD regarding FPL water withdrawal from the L-31 Alicia, Megan, Mike, and Manny, Attached is a letter from BISC Sup. Brian Carlstrom to the SFWMD regarding FPL's proposal to draw water from the L-31 and here is a related article that came out yesterday in the Miami Herald:
