Pursuant to the Boards March 11, 2013 Memorandum and Order (Requiring Update of Staff's Project Schedule) in the Matter of NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (Seabrook Station, Unit 1),

the Staff informs the Board that there have been changes to its safety and environmental review schedules for the Seabrook license renewal application. The Staff currently anticipates publication of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement in July 2015 and publication of the Final Safety Evaluation Report in May 2016.
