May 5, 2015 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN: TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2)

DOCKET NO. 50-391-OL This is to inform the parties that Commissioner Kristine L. Svinicki will tour the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Unit 2 on the morning of Wednesday, May 6, 2015. This is a routine site visit to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the adjudicatory issues that have been raised regarding the Continued Storage Rule and the Expedited Seismic Evaluation Process Report for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. If the parties have questions regarding this visit, please contact Maxwell C. Smith at (301) 415-1850.
