MILLSTONE POWER STATION - REPLY TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 05000336/2014008 AND 05000423/2014008)
Dear Mr. Heacock:
Thank you for your letter of March 31, 2015 (ML15097A0841), in response to our February 10, 2015 letter and Notice of Violation regarding Dominion making a change to the Millstone facility without completing an evaluation required by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.59, and without obtaining prior NRC approval (ML15041A162). We will review your reply and the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web Site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
