Dear Sir or Madam:
On February 11, 2014, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted Pilgrim Relief Request (PRR)-23 in the referenced letter requesting NRC authorization to implement BWRVIP guidelines in lieu of specific ASME Code requirements pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(a)(3)(i). Upon further review, Entergy has determined that the relief from the ASME requirements is not required for the remainder of the Fourth Inservice Inspection Interval.
This letter serves to notify the NRC staff that Entergy is withdrawing request for relief PRR-23.
