ORDER (Providing Instruction for Future Email Filing)

On April 9, 2015, intervenors Citizens Allied for Safe Energy, Inc. (CASE) sent an email to this proceedings service list containing, in its body, a Memo of Consultation.1 With this order, the Board (1) requests that the NRCs Office of the Secretary place the attached email into the docket for this proceeding; but (2) instructs CASE to conduct future email filing as detailed below. Rather than place the text of future filings in the body of an email, CASE shall (1) create a separate document for each pleading, preferably in PDF format; (2) include the date, at the bottom of the document, along with a signature created by typing the name and address of CASEs authorized representative, along with the statement Executed in Accord 1

CASEs email is included as Attachment A to this order. See E-Mail from Barry White, Representative for CASE, to Matthew Zogby, Licensing Board Law Clerk (Apr. 9, 2015, 01:58 p.m. EDT). The Board previously granted CASE an exemption to 10 C.F.R. § 2.302(g), allowing it to file and receive service via email.
