Docket Nos. 50-16, 50-341,52-033 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-20 AMENDMENT NO. 28 Effective May 1, 2015, Indemnity Agreement No. B-20, between The Detroit Edison Company, Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Inc., and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated July 15, 1985, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The names The Detroit Edison Company and Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Inc. are deleted wherever they appear in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
DTE Electric Company Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by deleting the name The Detroit Edison Company and Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Inc. and substituting in lieu thereof the name:
Item 1 - Licensee DTE Electric Company Address One Energy Plaza Detroit, MI 48226-1279 Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by adding the following license:
Item 3 - License number NPF - 95 (From 12:01 a.m., May 1, 2015)
Item 4 of the Attachment to the Indemnity Agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefore:
Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of DTE Electric Companys Enrico Fermi Units I, II and III located in Lagoona Beach, Frenchtown Township, Monroe County, Michigan as illustrated in the attached diagram.
