Dear Mr. Koehl:
This letter is to inform you that effective March 8, 2015, Mr. Michael T. Markley will resume his assignment as Chief for Plant Licensing Branch IV-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and has licensing oversight responsibility for South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2.
