Dear Commissioners and Staff:
In Reference 3, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) requested approval of an amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-80 and DPR-82 for Units 1 and 2 of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP), respectively, to change the DCPP Cyber Security Plan (CSP) Milestone h full implementation date as set forth in the DCPP CSP Implementation Schedule, which was provided in Reference 1 and approved by the NRC in Reference 2.

THE ENCLOSURE CONTAIN SECURITY -RELATED INFORMATION-WITHHOLD UNDER 10 CFR 2.390 Document Control Desk February 19, 2015 Page 2 PG&E Letter DCL-15-025 Based on PG&E discussions with the NRC Staff on November 12, 2014, PG&E is requesting a revision to the Milestone h full implementation date previously submitted in Reference 3. This revision encompasses changes to project scope and is consistent with requests by other plants and utilities with similar scope and schedule constraints. A discussion of the change is included in the Enclosure of this letter, and a revised Milestone his provided in Attachment 1 of the Enclosure.
The Enclosure to this letter contains security related information. PG&E requests that the Enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
This information does not affect the results of the technical evaluation or the no significant hazards consideration determination previously transmitted in Reference 3.
In accordance with site administrative procedures and the Quality Assurance Program, the proposed amendment supplement has been reviewed by the Plant Staff Review Committee.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91, PG&E is sending a copy of this proposed amendment supplement to the California Department of Public Health.
This communication does not contain new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04).
