Pursuant to the Boards March 11, 2013 Memorandum and Order (Requiring Update of Staff's Project Schedule) in the Matter of NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (Seabrook Station, Unit 1),

the Staff informs the Board that the review schedule for the Seabrook license renewal application will change. The Staff previously anticipated that publication of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) would occur in February 2015. The Staff now estimates that the publication date for the FSEIS will be May 2015. The Staff will issue a schedule change letter later this month with the new publication date. There have been no changes to the safety review schedule for the Seabrook license renewal application and the Staff currently anticipates publication of the Final Safety Evaluation Report in November 2015.
