Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.30, SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE) submitted an application for a construction permit to construct a medical isotope facility to be located in Janesville, WI (References 1 and 2). The NRC staff determined additional information was required to complete the environmental review (Reference 3).

Via Alternatives Request #1, the NRC requested that SHINE provide the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment for the Stevens Point site (Reference 3). At the time of the SHINE response to the environmental requests for additional information (Reference 4), SHINE did not have access to the final revision of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the Stevens Point site. SHINE provided the Draft Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the Stevens Point site as Attachment 19 to Enclosure 1 of Reference (4). SHINE stated in the response that when the finalized Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the Stevens Point site became available, it would be provided to the NRC. provides the finalized Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the Stevens Point site. Enclosure 1 is being provided via optical storage media (OSM) as OSM#1.

The only changes made between the draft and the final versions of this document were administrative in nature.
