Docket: NRC-2014-0257 Improved Identification Techniques Against Alkali-Silica Reaction Concrete Degradation at Nuclear Power Plants Comment On: NRC-2014-0257-0002 Improved Identification Techniques Against Alkali-Silica Reaction Concrete Degradation at Nuclear Power Plants; Request for Comments on Petition for Rulemaking Document: NRC-2014-0257-DRAFT-0002 Comment on FR Doc # 2015-00199 Submitter Information Name: Josephine Donovan General Comment I support the petition filed by Sandra Gavutis that the NRC change its regulations to ensure more precise evaluation of concrete degradation at the Seabrook Nuclear Plant in New Hampshire--rather than relying entirely on visual inspection.

I live in Portsmouth within 10 miles of the plant. Many of us in this area are deeply concerned about the flaws already detected in the plant's concrete. In my opinion the plant should be closed. We don't want another Fukashima on our beautiful seacoast. Any risk is unacceptable. Thank you.
