This letter is to inform you that effective January 11, 2015, Ms. Shana R. Helton was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Ms. Helton assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Ms. Lisa M. Regner regarding St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and Turkey Point Nuclear Generating, Unit Nos. 3 and 4.
