By letter dated November 19, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14337A044), you requested for relief for South Texas Project, Unit 1, for performing the reactor vessel cold-leg nozzle to safe-end weld inspections, covered by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Case N-770-1. Subsequently, by letter dated January 8, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15029A495), you withdrew the request for relief.
