TRANSFER OF SEALED SOURCE AND DEVICE REGISTRATION FROM GEORGIA TO THE U.S.NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION, CERTIFICATE NO. NR-8295-D-801-G
Dear Mr. Hobson:
This is a follow-up to the letter which Ms. Margie A. Kotzalas, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), sent to you. This letter, dated August 20, 2013, informed you that the NRC would be issuing new Sealed Source and Device (SS&D) registration certificates to replace the ones which had been issued previously by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GAEPD) because the authority to issue Sealed Source and Device registrations has been transferred from the GAEPD to the NRC.
In reference to NRC email dated December 11, 2014, which states that is NRC understanding, based on information received from the State of Florida that Paper Making Control Services is no longer distributing the products listed in Registration Certificate GA-1208-D-101-G.
Registration Certificate GA-1208-D-101-G has been transferred to inactive status. A copy of the inactivated registration certificate NR-8295-D-801-G is enclosed.
Please read over the enclosed registration certificate in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
