RE: RAI SET 2014-01 Due Date
- Richard, You are correctthe due date for RAI 3.0.3-1 is 12/30/14. With respect to RAI 3.0.3-2, the original request is being withdrawn and a new request is being issued today. I just signed the letter. The response for that RAI will be 2/27/15.
Did Roger mention to you anything about an annual update to the LRA? One should be forthcoming sometime this month, assuming there were changes to the facilities that materially affected the LRA. Do you have an anticipated date for the update (if needed)?

- Kim, Based upon my turnover from Roger Waters, my understanding is that the due date for our response to ISG-2012-02 RAI 3.0.3-1 is 12/30/14.
With respect to ISG-2012-02 RAI 3.0.3-2, is the due date 2/27/15?
