Request for license modification
Dear Sir:
The purpose of this letter is to request withdrawal of a Technical Specification modification request that was submitted by Washington State University on September 3, 2013.
Washington State University (Facility License R-76) applied, on a letter dated September 3, 2013, for a modification to the WSU facility license Technical Specifications. The proposed modification would change the ventilation system flow rate specifications to allow a wider variation in permissible flow rates. WSU would like to withdraw the request of September 3, 2013 regarding changes to the Technical Specifications.
