The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff and the Boiling Water Reactor Owners Group (BWROG) to discuss the status of resolution of the Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) emergency core cooling (ECCS) suction strainer issues. The morning portion of the meeting will cover portions of the ongoing deterministic effort. The afternoon portion will be dedicated to the recently proposed risk-informed approach.

This is a Category 2 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing regulatory issues with the NRC at the designated times on the agenda. Interested members of the public can participate in this meeting via a toll-free audio teleconference.
