This letter is to notify the NRC of these recent changes and request an update to the NRC service list regarding correspondence for Surry Power Station.

Specifically, Mr. Roy L. Simmons has assumed the position of Plant Manager for Surry, replacing Mr. Kenny Sloane. Therefore, please add Mr. Simmons to the service list for Surry and remove Mr. Sloane consistent with this change. Mr. Simmons's address is:
