M. Eastern tandard Time. Entergy began the conversation by explaining that the purpose for providing the bulk water temperature in the 111-TRAC annulus was to show that the canister was in a stable condition. The RC acknowledged this, but emphasized that, because the fuel had been declared damaged, the canister was in a condition not analyzed in the Ill-TORM Final Safety Analysis Repon (F A R). Therefore, it was still necessary to provide information which showed that the analyses discussed in the F A R bounded the current cani tcr configuration. Consequently, Entergy committed to providing information which showed the current canister configuration was bounded by the F A R analyses.
