Nov. 5, 2014 REVISED CORRECTED MOTION TO REGROUP ORAL ARGUMENTS CONTENTIONS DTE counsel notified me that in todays Corrected Motion to Regroup Oral Arguments, I had left Contention 7 in Group 2 instead of placing it in Group 4 as agreed by CRAFT, DTE and NRC Staff.
My apologies, but this refiling gave me the opportunity to consult with NRC Staff and DTE Counsel to change CRAFTs proposed contentions 2 and 12. This is the new proposed CRAFT contention grouping.
Group 1 = Contention 1 Group 2 = Contentions 4, 5, 6, and 14.
Group 3 = Contention 2 Group 4 = Contentions 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
Group 5 = Contention 12 CRAFT prays the board will accept these changes to the upcoming proceedings.
