Email: Sandy0110@frontier.com General Comment Palisades has been operating with one of the worst embrittled reactor vessel for many years. To change the rules to allow it to continue to operate is madness. I don't believe my protest will be listened to however so consequently it will most probably continue to operate putting people at extremely heightened risk.
