Nov. 3, 2014 CRAFT MOTION TO REGROUP CONTENTIONS FOR ORAL ARGUMENTS Now comes Citizens Resistance At Fermi 2 to request a change in the order of groups listed in the ASLB Order dated 22 October 2014. On Oct 31, 2014, CRAFT consulted with NRC Staff and DTE Counsel by email regarding this change in the order of CRAFT contentions to be heard. In keeping with the guidelines and maintaining five groups, we wish the following order.
Group 1 will be Contention 1, defended by Jim Sherman, Wind is a Viable Option.
Group 2 will include Contentions 4 (Transmission Corridors), 5 (SFP), 6 (Mitigation), 7 (Aging), and 11 (Public Health). This group will be defended by David Schonberger.
Group 3 will be Contention 12, Algae Blooms, defended by Sandy Bihn.
Group 4 will be Contentions #8 SAMA; #9 QA; #10 SA; #14 EPA; and will be defended by David Schonberger.
Group 5 will be Contention 2, WIFN, and defended by Jessie Pauline Collins.
