U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission FOINPrivacy Officer Mailstop: T -5 F09 Washington, DC 20555-0001 Dear FOIA Officer; Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting the following information or records related to 'Region 2' incidents:

1. Any report, advisory, or technical analysis of the event outlined in Information Notice No. 83-83 [1] that took place at Sequoyah 1 on May 31, 1979. Specifically, the exact vendor, hardware, and/or software that was impacted, only described as a "pressurizer".
2. Any report, advisory, or technical analysis of the event outlined in Information Notice No. 83-83 [1] that took place at Grand Gulf on July 25, 1983. Specifically the exact vendor, hardware, and/or software that was impacted, only described as "cooling loop 8", as relates to "an RHR equipment area high temperature trip".
