- Dara, I think the easiest thing to do at this point is for us to have our phone call, after which we can issue a letter that supersedes the one that was erroneously issued last week. Hopefully, we can get the meeting set-up in the next two weeks, after which I will push through a new letter to replace the one from last week. If it does not look like we can have the phone call in the next two weeks, I will issue a letter retracting the letter from last week. Will that work for you?

FW: Incoming Letter RA-14-125 RAI for the Review of the Unit Nos. 2, and 3, License Renewal Application Environmental Review Mike The attached was issued in ADAMS Friday but I thought that we were still working on the wording and content of the draft RAI. As I indicated in my earlier email, we could be available for a call on 9/9 or 9/11 to discuss this. Also,, we did not agree to the 30 day timeline and until we have our discussion to resolve questions, that remains unresolved I spoke to Kim Green and she suggested that I contact you.
Please let me know what we can do to correct this.
