- 1. NRC Letter Dated April 10, 2014,"RESCISSION OF U.S. NUCLEAR COMMISSION'S ISSUED SECURITY ORDERS FOR COMPENSATORY MEASURES, ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES AND INCREASED CONTROLS".
Pursuant to Reference 1. Dairyland Power Cooperative is providing notification of destruction of NRC Order No. EA- 07-014. This Order has been destroyed per the requirements of 10 CFR 73.22(i). Subpart K. In accordance with Reference 1 this notification should be executed under oath or affirmation.
I, Donald G. Egge, am the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Plant/ISFSI Manager at Dairyland Power Cooperative. I herby certify that the information in Dairyland Power Cooperative's letter LAC-14314 dated September 5, 2014 "Notice of Destruction of NRC Order EA-07-014," is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
