Dear Mr. Godwin:
The Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs has received your August 15, 2014, letter transmitting the Arizona final regulations to incorporate RATS IDs: 2005-2, 2006-1, 2007-1, 2007-3, 2008-1 and 2009-1. The review has been assigned to Randy Erickson and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
Also included in your August 15, 2014, letter was a request to review of RATS ID 2007-2.
As noted in the May 15, 2013, e-mail acceptance on the proposed regulation package for these same amendments and discussions with Jerry Perkins of your staff last year, we will not perform a review of this amendment, since we had reviewed the final rule implementing RATS ID 2007-2 and had no comments per our letter dated April 29, 2013.
