MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 REPLY TO A NOTICE OF VIOLATION; EA-14-056 NOV 05000336/2014403-01 AND 0500042312014403-01 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) herein provides a reply to the notice of violation (NOV) documented in NRC Baseline Security Inspection Report 05000336/2014403 and 05000423/2014403, dated June 2014.
DNC's response to the violation of NRC requirements specified in NOV 05000336/2014403-01 and 05000423/2014403-01 is provided in Attachment 1 to this letter. DNC requests that Attachment 1, which contains Security-Related Information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). Consistent with Regulatory Issue Summary 2005-26, dated November 7, 2005, no affidavit has been provided. Attachment 2 provides a summary of DNC commitments.
