This letter provides the Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc., (hereafter, Entergy) final response to the subject Order for Implementation of Additional Security Measures and Fingerprinting for Unescorted Access for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, dated July 23, 2013 (Reference 1). The initial response was provided by Reference 2.

As ordered, Entergy hereby provides responses to the Sections III.A, III.B, and III.C of the Order as follows:

The proposed Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Insillation (ISFSI) is located-inside the PNPS Protected, Area; as such Entergy complies with the r!Equiremre'rits-of AttachimenIts 1 and 12 of the Order.

All employees and, contractors having access to the Pilgrim Station and ISFSI will
