VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SUBMITTAL OF FINAL OPERATING AND WRITTEN EXAMINATION Following completion of Initial License Examination preparation week held from June 30 through July 3, 2014, NRC Inspector Mr. David Lanyi requested transmittal of the Final Operating and Written Examinations by July 15, 2014 for examinations scheduled during the weeks of July 21 and July 28, 2014. This letter is to inform you that the Final Operating and Written Examinations were transmitted on July 10, 2014, and received by Mr. David Lanyi, NRC Chief Examiner, on July 11, 2014.

In addition, the following supporting documents were included in the transmittal:
