Change in Level 1 Personnel This purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that effective July 1, 2014, Dr. Richard Spinrad stepped down as the Vice President for Research (VPR) at Oregon State University and Dr. Ron Adams began serving as the interim VPR with all the authority and responsibility thereof. By this letter, the Commission is notified of this Level 1 staff transition, as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.b.1 of License No. R-106, Docket No.20-243, for the OSTR.
