The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as theyTelate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The inspection findings are as follows:

[ Field Office Inspection Temporary Job Site Inspection PROGRAM SCOPE This was the final inspection of the licensee's Ford Nuclear Reactor (FNR) facility at Ann Arbor, Michigan. The inspection focused on the licensee's activities before the termination of the licensee's NRC License No: R-28. The inspector reviewed the transferred of FNR radioactive materials (RAM) to the licensee's NRC Broadscope License No:

21-00215-04 and observed that the FNR's foundation drain tile pipe was groute Performance Observation The inspector toured the FNR building, interviewed licensee personnel, and reviewed licensee records. The inspector observed that the licensee grouted the FNR foundation drain pipe properly. The inspector also observed that all remaining FNR RAMs were properly posted with RAM sign and the materials were secured. The inspector also reviewed the licensee's records for transferring the RAM from the licensee's R-28 License to the licensee's Broadscope License: 21-00215-04.
