KEWAUNEE POWER STATION-WITHDRAWAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTER FOR EXEMPTION REQUEST FROM CERTAIN 10 CFR 73 APPENDIX B PHYSICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (TAC NO. MF2371)

Dear Mr. Heacock:

By letter dated June 25, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13178A206), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc., submitted an exemption request for Kewaunee Power Station from certain requirements of Title 1 0 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 73, Appendix B. The proposed exemptions would eliminate the requirement to perform annual force-on-force exercises.

By letter dated June 26, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14177A747), you requested to withdraw the application from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review. The NRC staff acknowledges your request to withdraw the application. NRC staff activities on the review have ceased and the associated Technical Assignment Control Number has been closed.
